HUMENA DELTA

HUMENA DELTA is continuously synchronous Keyword Meditation program. It is supported by Mood Images, Ambient sounds, Brainwave Entrainment Signals, Main Attention Drivers and KeyWord Messages. How does HUMENA DELTA works?

 It is a High-Tech system based on synchronized HUMENA Internet Platform connected to GPS satellites and NTP servers WORLDWIDE. It has five combined and varied types of mind influencing methods:

  First method - AMBIENT SIGNALS that cause mild sensory deprivation.   By user’s choice ambient signals could be the sound of rain, water or wind or any other sound of nature, or even an artificial monotonous sound.

  Second method - Main Attention Driver (MAIN DRIVER) which is a choice of special rhythmic signals that are catching user’s attention. They work in synergy with the ambient signals. While ambient signal helps to move person’s attention away from his environment, the “Main Driver” signal helps to catch and hold the attention. As a result, a person can fall asleep more easily.

  Third method - BRAINWAVE ENTRAINMENT Signals (binaural, monaural or isochronic). Those sound signals have a special frequency matching the desired frequency of the brain to induce similar frequency response potentials in users’ brains. This way, brainwave entrainment signals synchronize users’ brainwave activity and make it coherent between hemispheres and through the entire brain.

  Fourth method KeyWords (VOICE GUIDANCE). The first three methods - ambient signals, main driver and brainwave entrainment organize the brain to be receptive for the KeyWord or Attitude. The KeyWord for DELTA Program is the phrase “Restful sleep”.

  Fifth method – Interpersonal Group Synchronization (HUMENA GLOBAL SYNCHRONIZATION). During the process of meditation, the participants experience interpersonal synchronization of all four previously described methods.  They experience group synchronization through a synchronized HUMENA Internet Platform based on GPS and NTP systems.  So the personal synchronization of brainwave activity of each group member is also synchronized with everyone in unlimited group of users everywhere around the world. This is achievable through Wave Counter (WC). It is HUMENA Cloud service accessible by every user through the HUMENA App. WC is fusion of a Calendar, Chronometer and Brainwaves generator. WC has a number of constant brainwaves range frequency channels, each with certain frequency and time coordinates.
